We understand that the Internet world brings a variety of unfamiliar terms, some of these terms may seem confusing or may require further clarification. If this is the case, by all means don’t be afraid to ask questions. We believe that one of the best services we can offer our clients is knowledge. We will walk you through the process and answer all of your questions along the way. If you intend on maintaining the site yourself, we will even go as far as showing you how or you can delegate that process to us.

Exceptions to the rule…
Why a “99% Client Retention Ratio” and not 100%?
100% would be wonderful but in the real world, it isn’t realistic and anyone claiming 100% is just not being truthful. Sure 100% looks better, but we believe in honesty.
Over the last 25 years, there have been a few customers that no matter what we do to make them happy, their expectations go far beyond the scope of the project or what was originally quoted on their project and they always want more, otherwise known as “scope creep“.
We try to be as understanding and flexible as possible but please be realistic with your requests and understand that we too are running a business. It’s one thing to ask for tweaks and small adjustments here and there but it’s unreasonable to request us to work an additional 40 hours on a project and go far beyond what was originally quoted, without expected us to charge for the additional time spent.
If such a situation arises, you will be informed in advance, before any additional work is preformed, that any new requests may be out of the original scope of work and additional costs may apply.
